Almost a 5 out of 5 The storage for the pens and supplies is great. It would’ve been even better if the storage was a zipper pocket rather then a slide in pocket so things like lancets or alcohol pads wouldn’t slide around freely. (We just put them in zip locks and slide them in the pouch). It’s a great size to carry literally everything though for our toddler&having the cooling pack included gave us peace of mind when we’re out and about.
