A great product gone bad I purchased a Timesulin for Sanofi SoloStar pen in May of 2016. For the next seven months it worked great – every time I pulled out the pen it flawlessly showed me the elapsed time since my last injection. In January of 2017 it started getting flaky – it would periodically show a time that was significantly less than the time since my previous injection.
