Not worth the money. Very disappointed in this product. I had the plastic case that comes with the pump and probably had to call Tandem every 3-5 months for a replacement because the clip kept breaking, so I really looking forward to the metal clip that this one offered. However, after only 4 months the metal clip broke off from the rest of the case. Not great, causes some functionality problems The good: it fits my t:flex very well, and probably will serve to protect the pump almost as well as an Otter Box protects a cell phone. But the fit also causes problems: first, it came with no damage nstructions. You have to put it on the pump with no insulin cartridge installed. Second, it fits so tight that the charging jack cover won’t stay closed. It is also hard to remove and insert an insulin cartridge. There are no other options. It is nice to have a case that finally fits the larger pump however it can use some product development.1) Taking the pump out of the case should not involve removing the reservoir.2) The keys seem backwards to me, and not just because I am left handed. I have to contort around to view the screen, maybe a hinge is needed.3) Plastic case needs to be stronger. Mine already broke so now time to get another one.Hopefully the next one will be a bit better all around.
