Works for Forteo with no modifications! I bought this case to keep my Forteo cold, while traveling. The Forteo pen fits with no changes to the case, and I also have a 5” long Taylor thermometer with a 1” face, that can stay in the case to monitor the temperature. Compactable for purse size and holds everything I need. I have used this several times while traveling. Does keep frozen for at least for or five hours. Continues to stay cold for another long while. I will reorder this when needed.
