I love it/best purchase! Worth every penny. This has so many different compartments and easy to keep up with all my diabetes supplies for on the go. I use the small ice packs for insulin into the pouch on the inside (center) which works out great but there is an insulated compartment on one side that can be used as insulin cooler but I like to use the large pouch from the center. Honestly I am on insulin pump and I have many things I have to bring along when I go shopping etc. and this has worked out perfectly for me…

Has a nice strap for using as a shoulder bag too This case has the storage I need for my diabetes supplies. I have to carry syringes, infusion sets and cartridges, a blood glucose meter, chargers for my pump, CGM and meter. This case has it all. Has a nice strap for using as a shoulder bag too.
