3 stars-Meh! It barely fits my injector pen. It does not stay as cool as it says for as long as it says. However, it will stay under 80 degrees for part of a day. I travel often long hours, and had hoped to keep this with me so I could have my insulin at the ready. It was a soggy thing in my purse. Very good product I take my insulin pen with me to work every day. My pen always stay cool and this gives me confidence that it is effective and safe. The moisture lasts for a few days, but it only takes a minute to “recharge” it. My last pouch lasted for a little more than a year before I had to replace it. This is with it being used every day. Not a bad deal for security of having your life saving medicine protected. Travels well too for those driving vacations.
