Wasted medicine…………. This product did not work. I was concerned when I first opened it because it was obvious that the freezer sections were filled with water and not freezable gel. It was in a carry on bag and didn’t even last 6 hours. I had to go almost an entire week without medication. There was no replacing the medication because I was in another country. I would not recommend this product.

Works okay If you need to keep something cold for three hours or less? Use it (can get away with more if not in a warm/hot environment)If you need to keep something cool for six hours or less? Use itIf you need to keep something cold or cool outside those times, plan on using something else or using this in conjunction with something else. The freeze packs are filled with water, not that special gel that stays cold a long time.
