Does what I needed. I needed a way to carry my insulin without having to worry about the plunger being pushed, or the cap coming off, etc. I considered buying a toothbrush holder until I saw this case. The design of the case is mostly perfect, the syringe and plunger are held in place by their own tabs. One thing I foresee is the hinges will eventually break. They are molded together with the case, and are extremely thin plastic. I might try to reinforce them with some type of flexible stronger material and glue…

Does what it is designed to do quite effectively for 1ml, .5ml, & .3ml pharmacy & BD brand insulin syringes. Bought the first two pack when my insurance was forcing me over to vials/syringes for my daily insulin injections. Now I use them to store extracted residual insulin from disposable pens or insulin cartridge refills. With the astronomical price of insulin, tossing any of it out is just plain stupid. In fact, since I have 4 types of insulin that I use on a regular basis, I ordered a second two pack so that I have a dedicated residual insulin syringe holder for each type, each…

Product is NOT universal, Does not fit EasyGlide syringes (see photo) I have found that this product does NOT fit 100 unit EasyGlide syringes filled with exactly 1ml of liquid (as shown). A shame really, as the product is otherwise well designed (though the workmanship is quite poor). It should be noted that the syringes will fit if they contain 0.9ml of liquid or less. Other brands may fit better, but I currently have no other 100 unit syringes available to me.
