Does what I needed. I needed a way to carry my insulin without having to worry about the plunger being pushed, or the cap coming off, etc. I considered buying a toothbrush holder until I saw this case. The design of the case is mostly perfect, the syringe and plunger are held in place by their own tabs. One thing I foresee is the hinges will eventually break. They are molded together with the case, and are extremely thin plastic. I might try to reinforce them with some type of flexible stronger material and glue…

It will break easily after a few uses These are extremely cheap, not worth the price paid. There are two little tabs to close it, on one of them it arrive broken. They knew it was broken and used two rubber bands to close it. You can se that one of them closes the other is worthless. It will break easily after a few uses.

worthless Unsuitable paper thin plastic. I can only get a syringe loaded with about 3ml in the case. I need 7ml, even at 3ml it’s difficult to line the syringe up in the case to close. The latches are so flimsy that they include two rubber bands to hold it close. It would have been a total rip off at the Dollar Store. I feel cheated. there was another review that complained about how flimsy it was. I should have paid attention. Amason should band this seller.
