Great for travel use. Handy, handy! The cylinders are short enough to fit easily into day packs or handbags. Once filled, they are easy to lock for safe disposal. I have only one wish: that the circumference be increased just a bit to allow insertion of one more syringe. I’ve used these for three trips and like them. On one trip, I used 3 of them, but decided not to lock them. When I got home, I emptied them into my large sharps bin, rinsed them out, sprayed alcohol in them, let them air dry, then used them again…

Great for traveling These are great for traveling. We don’t use them to throw away, we use as temporary storage of sharps till we get home and can empty the sharps into a larger sharps container. We mainly use it for lancets. It works well. The hinges, I’m sure, will wear out and break with time and continued use the way we use them. However, we’ve been using them for months, multiple times a day, and they still are holding up great.

Not Very Small For Discreet Drug Management These are bigger than I thought they would be. I thought they would be more discreet for traveling, like a tampon or something. Idk. But they’re a little more pronounced in size. Then I realized, that’s a good thing because I don’t have to buy them as often. So even though my plan of trying NOT to look like a drug dealer when doing my kid’s glucose test and insulin while out and about isn’t going to be as successful as i imagined with these, I will be less poor, and that’s something to be happy…
