Works very well, just not for long travel I bought this for my husband’s diabetic pens. Upside – doesn’t leak liquid through the outer case and fits a needle very nicely. Downside, the beads don’t swell as well as our last holder. As a result I don’t think it says cold quite as long. However, it is a great product and I would recommend it for short travel.

It is great for long trips where it stays activated for 3 … This is the second diabetic poucho that I have gotten to keep my husbands supplies in while traveling. It is great for long trips where it stays activated for 3 or 4 days by emersing the pouch in water.

Disappointed Really sad, I followed instructions and it had gel stuff coming out the sides left my pen sticky and not cold.
