Great little case for insulin pens and needle tips! This is a good case, that has compartment for needle tips, a pen, or a vial, and a syringe. I have taken a photo of what you get and what it looks like with my Novolog insulin pen and some tips inside it, the gel packs at the side come with it as well and you can freeze those if you want/need to keep your brand cool. OK This is an OK item and I might have returned it except for the return cost. It was purchased for my husband to have cool storage for his Quikpen, and w/the hope he could slip it into a pocket to easily carry his “before meal insulin.” I say it is only OK because the unit is a somewhat hard case, slightly wider than an eyeglass case and bulky for a pocket.
