Good pictures with readily identifiable points – but only if you have a good book on acupuncture. You will need to have a resource that allows you to look up what the numbers and letters mean and what they are good for. But the spots are produced in a way that you can see them pretty precisely. It doesn’t tell you how to measure the cun to get where you want to be – so again you will have to have a resource book for that. It’s laminated so it should hold up pretty well.

too technical for me Unless you know what you are doing with acupressure, this chart is too advanced. I wanted a chart to tell me where to put my ear seeds, but this uses technical terms that mean nothing to me. I was looking for a chart that would say that this point controls anxiety or put here for hunger or pain. This is probably great for someone who knows what drilling bamboo means by a point on the eye.

Great, pre-laminated tri-fold chart that’s easy to follow Great, pre-laminated tri-fold chart that’s easy to follow. It came with punched holes on the edge so it can be hung up or kept in a 3-ring binder. Mine hangs on the wall where I can turn it over as I follow along with the sequence of meridians with my clients. I would buy this again, and even more so if they made a larger wall-sized one I can hang in my treatment room.
