Nice small case We bought this case for my son’s daily diabetes supplies. Space is tight, with just enough room for his meter, test strips, lancet, spare battery, pen and pen needles. His insulin pen fits without the lid on it. We liked the case so much that after his backpack was stolen, with case inside, we bought another.

Pretty pleased overall I bought this to carry my migraine meds in, and I’m pretty happy with it. It fits my syringes, vials, nasal sprays, powders, pills, and alcohol wipes just fine. I do wish the mesh pocket came up a little higher, as my nasal sprays that I keep in it don’t fit super snugly, but that’s really a minor concern.
